We invite you and your family to join us for this community workout gathering as a time to incorporate wellness and mindfulness to our continued healing and rebuilding journey together. In this workshop, we'll host Satori Family Wellness Center LLC. Their team will provide an Asian influenced cultural and spiritual stress reduction and relaxation experience and share some resources for self-care. The Satori Team integrates their background in education, psychology, and occupational therapy into their sessions to provide participants with a unique and powerful healing experience.
